Where possible we aim to despatch orders placed before 1pm the same day, otherwise they will be despatched the following day. Standard delivery is 1-3 working days. You will be notified if these delivery times cannot be met for whatever reason.

Returns

If you have any problems with your order please use our contact form and we will provide you with a returns reference number and instructions on how to send the order back to us. Returning an item without a returns number may delay the refund process. Refunds or replacements will only be processed upon receipt of the returned goods and returns reference number. You will be responsible for the item or items until they reach us. For your own protection, we suggest you use a secure delivery method which requires a signature upon delivery such as Royal Mail Recorded Delivery.

Damaged goods/packaging should be reported to the delivery driver immediately where possible. Please report any damage to goods whilst in transit to us as soon as possible
