Yes, we use SSL to ensure the order process and our customer details are secure. Additionally we use a separate secure site for accepting online payments via Paypal or Optimal Payments. We have been selling gadgets online since our business formed in 2003. You can trust us to deliver your products on time every time! Bookmark us, we could be your first stop for all your gadgets, gifts an toys.

I can't find a product I want
If it is a product we have featured before it may mean it has been discontinued. Alternatively it may be a product we don't currently stock. Either way we may be able to source more items for you. Give us an email to see if we can help source your item.

I am being told my product is out of stock
Occasionally we run out of popular products before the next delivery arrives. We don't currently have a back order feature, but we do have product notifications. Register with our newsletter to keep informed of new products.

How much does your affiliate scheme pay?
We pay our affiliates 10% of any sale coming from their referrals. The minimum payout is just £20.00 and can be paid by Paypal or personal cheque.

I am having problems viewing your site and/or placing an order

Can I submit reviews/photos?
Yes, you can submit a review for any product you have purchased. Alternatively you can also send in your own product related photos/videos to be featured on the site!

Where's my stuff?
We usually process orders the same day so you should expect delivery within 24-72 hours. If you still haven't received your items within 5 days please contact us. If you have registered an account with us you can log-in to view order history status.

Do you offer FREE DELIVERY?
YES! We currently have free delivery for orders over £49.99.

How do you calculate postage, I notice it's different for some products?
Postage is calculated on the overall weight of your order rather than setting a flat fee. This means you benefit from cheaper postage for cheaper, lightweight items. On some sites charging a flat fee the postage is more costly than the product itself!

Do you offer international delivery?
Yes and no. We don't offer international delivery as standard through the web-site but we are able to quote International Shipping on an order-by-order basis.
